convenient parking currency exchange complimentary upgrade
I loved the convenient parking available right in front of the hotel. I found the daily currency exchange from Euro to Lira very helpful, especially with no commission. The hotel also upgraded my room at no extra cost, a nice surprise.

sultanahmet square breakfast variety helpful staff comfortable room
the hotel is very close to the sultanahmet square and the blue mosque , just a short walk. the breakfast had a good variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful , they assisted with bookings. the room was quite large and comfortable for several nights.
the room was a bit smaller , and there was limited desk space to work.

The breakfast had GOOD variety. I found several tasty options each morning. The rooftop terrace provided panoramic views I REALLY enjoyed. My room included a mini-fridge. It was useful for storing drinks and snacks.

The hotel lobby impressed me (i liked the decoration). The location is great. Major attractions are within easy walking distance. The rooftop restaurant provides AMAZING views of the city. I especially enjoyed the breakfast service and the helpful staff made my mornings better.
The air conditioning seemed to have slight issues , and the room temperature fluctuated a bit.

The room included a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge stocked with beverages, and complimentary toiletries. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and a hair dryer, which really helped me dry my hair faster. The safe worked perfectly.

The hotel's location is excellent, only a short walk from Sultanahmet Square and the Blue Mosque. Breakfast offered a great variety of options with a beautiful view from the restaurant on the sixth floor. The staff members are very nice, friendly, and helpful, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
The air conditioning in my room turned off frequently. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remained unresolved, and I did not receive an offer to change rooms. I expect a consistent climate control system, especially during warmer months.
